Terms of use
1. Definitions
The "Operator" is Valtreon Technology Ltd, Seychelles. The "Service" is the EORunners website at the domain eorunners.online and its related features. The "User" is any person using the Service.
"Demo mode" means play on a virtual balance. "Live mode" means play with real funds (USDT). The "runner" is the in-game character of a run. A "run" is a game session descending through the floors.
2. General provisions
By starting to use the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the policies they reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Registration and one account per person
CAPTCHA registration activates the account immediately. Email registration requires email confirmation. After CAPTCHA, email can be verified separately in the account; an active account alone does not prove email verification.
One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bonuses, the affiliate program, or checks is prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account.
4. Modes: Demo and Live
In demo mode the balance is virtual: it has no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, or withdrawn. Demo mode is not gambling for money.
Demo is free play with a virtual balance of no monetary value. Live uses real USDT for adults with an active account in permitted jurisdictions when enabled by the operator.
5. Bets, winnings, and limits
The outcome of each floor is determined by a provably fair draw from a server seed and a client seed (see "Fair play"). The payout = bet × the multiplier at the moment of cash-out; if a floor is failed, the run's bet burns.
The payout multiplier is capped at ×10000; the maximum depth and the minimum/maximum bet are shown in the interface. The theoretical return and tier parameters are fixed in the game math and are identical for all players.
6. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are made through a payment provider in a supported currency shown in the interface (for example USD, and RUB when a live rate is available). Funds are credited to your real balance as USDT once the payment is confirmed by the provider; the USDT amount to be credited is fixed when the deposit is created and is not recalculated afterward.

7. Restricted jurisdictions and age
Live mode is not available to persons under 18 or to users from restricted jurisdictions: United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Spain, Israel, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Myanmar. The full list and its consequences are on the "Restrictions & 18+" page (/kyc-restricted).
By using live mode, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are not located in a restricted jurisdiction.
8. Anti-fraud and right to freeze
Bots, automation, exploits, multi-accounting, collusion, bonus abuse, and any attempts to defraud the Service or other users are prohibited.
Where there is reasonable suspicion of a violation, the Operator may suspend the account and freeze funds and withdrawals pending the completion of a review, and, if the violation is confirmed, block the account in accordance with applicable law.
9. Bonuses
Bonuses (promos, free runs, rakeback, novice insurance) are provided on the terms of the Bonus policy (/bonus-terms), including wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus abuse leads to the cancellation of bonuses.
10. Responsible gaming
Gaming must remain entertainment. Tools and help are described on the "Responsible gaming" page (/responsible). The Operator upholds the principles of responsible gaming and may intervene where there are signs of problem behavior.
11. Intellectual property
The name EORunners, and the design, texts, graphics, and code of the Service belong to the Operator or are used on lawful grounds. Use without permission is not allowed, except as expressly provided for by law.
12. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect losses, and its liability is limited to the amount of funds in the user's balance affected by the relevant event.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction of Seychelles. The procedure for submitting and handling complaints, together with timeframes and escalation, is described on the "Dispute resolution" page (/disputes).
14. Changes to the terms
The Operator may amend the Terms; the current version is always on this page with the date of update. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the changes. Questions: support@eorunners.online.
