Payments policy

The terms for deposits and withdrawals at EORunners in live mode. The balance is kept in USDT (TRC20); a deposit may be paid in a supported currency shown at checkout and is credited as USDT, and withdrawals are sent in USDT (TRC20).

1. Deposits

Deposits are made through a payment provider in a supported currency shown in the interface (for example USD, and RUB when a live rate is available). Funds are credited to your real balance as USDT once the payment is confirmed by the provider; the USDT amount to be credited is fixed when the deposit is created and is not recalculated afterward.

Only send funds using the method and to the details shown in the deposit interface.

Depending on the setting, pay on PRMoney or in our form with an address, QR and exact USDT TRC-20 amount. Before the waiting window ends, reopen the same invoice from the wallet or history. Expiry of the waiting window does not cancel a sent transfer: late confirmation may still credit it. A player-submitted TXID is stored with the payment number for support, is not proof of payment and is not automatically sent to PRMoney. Do not pay again if you already sent funds. Wallet Link approve authorizes PRMoney to spend USDT and saves a withdrawal address; automatic charging is not implemented in our service. Deleting the saved address does not revoke the on-chain approval.

2. Withdrawals

Withdrawals undergo a manual operator review (AML/KYC) and are executed, as a rule, within 24h. Funds are withdrawn in USDT (TRC20) to the wallet you specify.

3. Minimum amounts and limits

Available currencies and minimum and maximum amounts appear in the form before creating a payment. The specific invoice's terms apply; check the wallet for current withdrawal limits.

4. Network fees

A network/provider fee may be charged on transactions. The applicable fees are shown before you confirm the transaction.

5. Erroneous payments

If a payment is made with incorrect details, on the wrong network, or without a required identifier, crediting may be impossible. Report such cases to support@eorunners.online; a refund is considered on a case-by-case basis and may be made net of network fees.

6. Refunds (no chargebacks in crypto)

Cryptocurrency has no chargeback mechanism. A refund of funds, where applicable, is made only to the sending wallet from which the deposit originated, following a review.
