Bonus policy

The general rules for EORunners bonuses. Specific amounts, percentages, and periods are stated in the terms of each individual bonus and do not constitute a promise.

1. Bonus types

The possible types are: a welcome promo code, free runs (including free runs for confirming your registration), a deposit bonus (a percentage of a real deposit), rakeback (a return of part of your turnover), novice insurance (a partial return of the bet on an early crash in your first runs), and occasional in-game drops and a jackpot. Every type is optional, enabled by the Operator, and off by default.

When enabled, registration free runs are awarded immediately after CAPTCHA, or once after email confirmation for email registration. A separate later email reward is available only after CAPTCHA registration. Rewards may also cover a signed Wallet Link (once per player) and a friend's first confirmed deposit (to the referrer, once per friend). The current offer shows the count, stake and expiry; existing grants retain their terms. A free run uses its grant's stake, not the selected regular stake, and does not debit the real balance on start.

The set and parameters of bonuses may change; the current terms are shown when a bonus is received.

2. Wagering

For a 10 USDT bonus, x5 means 50 USDT of qualifying turnover; x10 means 100 USDT. This is not a required deposit or guaranteed profit. A paid live stake counts after the first resolved floor; demo, free runs and cancellation before that floor do not count. Turnover is allocated sequentially to active unexpired grants. Completion converts the bonus to real USDT; at x0 the applicable bonus, including free-run winnings, converts immediately. Rakeback is claimed separately. Check expiry and progress in the wallet.

3. Validity and expiry

A bonus has a validity period (TTL). On expiry, a bonus that has not met its wagering requirement expires, and its remaining balance is returned to the bonus pool. The period is stated in the terms of the particular bonus.

4. One promo activation per account

A promo code may be activated no more than once per account and within the overall activation limit of the promotion. Multi-accounting to obtain bonuses again is prohibited.

5. Right to cancel on abuse

The Operator may cancel a bonus and any associated winnings where there are signs of abuse (multi-accounts, collusion, risk-free schemes, exploitation of errors). Questions: support@eorunners.online.
